Fineasier is a blog specialized in creating content related to the financial market, with informative features and analysis of various products/services (credit card, loans, financing, among others) offered by national and international financial institutions.

The provisions of the Fineasier blog Privacy Policy, available at the address: https://fineasier.com/privacy-policy, as well as the legislation in force, apply jointly to these Terms and to the use of the website.

In this way, the General Terms and Conditions of Use are intended to inform the responsibilities, duties and obligations of every User when accessing and/or using the Fineasier blog, as described in the items below.

It is important to point out that we do not interfere in any process that involves the analysis and/or approval of our customers’ or partners’ credit, so that the final decision to carry out a business, grant credit or offer is always theirs, in accordance with their own criteria and credit and risk policies.

1.2. When accessing and/or using Fineasier, the User declares to be at least 18 (eighteen) years old and fully and expressly capable of accepting the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions of Use for all legal purposes.

1.3. If the User does not fit the description above and/or does not agree, even in part, with the terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions of Use, he/she shall not access and/or use the services offered by Fineasier, as well as the websites and services operated by it.

2.1. The User has this service to solve all their doubts, solve any problems and present complaints or other information about products/services available on Fineasier.

However, due to the high demand for contacts during the contact period or factors inherent to our will, such as possible network instability, for example, we may take a little longer to respond.

3. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES

3.1. The User must carefully read all the clauses contained in these Terms and Conditions of Use and in the Privacy Policy and, when using the services and/or products available on Fineasier, fully agrees with all clauses and conditions of these Terms.

3.2 Fineasier provides links and/or redirects the User to other sites, where the User can contract services and/or purchase products from the respective companies, without any interference from Fineasier.

3.3 If the User is redirected to the company’s website page announced on the website, the User must carefully read and expressly agree to the terms and conditions of use and the privacy policy of the announced company.

3.4 Fineasier has no responsibility: (a) on the general terms and conditions of use and privacy policy of the advertised companies; (b) information about the services and/or products advertised; (c) on the services and/or products eventually offered and/or contracted from the advertised companies.

3.5 Fineasier is not responsible for any virus, malware, spyware, trojan or any software that may damage or change the settings of Users’ equipment as a result of browsing or using the Internet or as a result of transferring data, texts, images, files or audios.

3.6 It is the Users’ responsibility to keep the operating system of their equipment updated and with antivirus programs.

3.7. Fineasier is not responsible for any losses and damages arising from the irregular use of the Fineasier blog and/or acts of God and/or force majeure.

3.8 Fineasier does not send or request deposits or bank transfers for the granting or approval of any financial product.

3.9 Fineasier does not send e-mails to Users requesting confirmation of data or registration with executable attachments (for example: .exe, .com, .scr, .zip, .rar extensions), nor links to downloads and if you receive one, please let us know via the blog itself.

3.10 Without prejudice to the other provisions of these Terms of Use, the User’s obligations are:

(a) Not to infringe any third party rights when using Fineasier ;

(b) Not to use Fineasier for the purpose of monitoring or harassing third parties;

(c) Do not engage in fraudulent, illegal, dishonest or improper activities while using the Fineasier website; and

(d) Respect the conditions established in these General Terms and Conditions of Use and in the Privacy Policy, as well as the Brazilian legislation in force;

4. MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

4.1. Fineasier’s General Terms and Conditions of Use may be amended, supplemented or replaced at any time and for any reason, at Fineasier’s sole discretion, without prior notice or notification to Users.

4.2 ANY PERSON WHO DOES NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WHICH ARE MANDATORY AND BINDING, SHOULD REFRAIN FROM USING THE FINEASIER.

5. VALIDITY AND DECADENTIAL TERM

5.1. These General Terms and Conditions of Use will be in force for an indefinite period and any legal or administrative claims arising from the use of Fineasier, object of these General Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, must be submitted within 90 (ninety) days from the fact that caused them.

6. LEGISLATION AND ELECTION JURISDICTION

6.1. These General Terms and Conditions of Use must be read and interpreted together with the Privacy Policy, and both are governed by the laws in force in the United States of America, mainly by the Federal Constitution, Civil Code, Consumer Protection Code, Law of the Civil Rights Framework for the Internet and the General Data Protection Law.

6.2. All matters relating to interpretation, compliance or any other questioning related to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, the parties expressly agree and waive any other focus and submit to the jurisdiction of the country in question.

7. SMS TERMS OF USE

7.1. Dear Fineasier User, by providing your phone number through our questionnaire forms or using a “Text Messaging Service” (SMS), you automatically accept all the Terms of Use contained in this document. Read with attention. If in doubt, you can contact us by email: [email protected]

7.2. The legal definition of “Text Message Service” consists in that any arrangement or situation in which Fineasier sends one or more text messages. “Opting In,” “Opt In” and “Opt-In: requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages.

7.3. When signing up for SMS, Text messages sent by Fineasier are optional. In other words, you can choose to receive them or not. By signing up to receive messages, you agree to our Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as our website’s Privacy Policy. By doing this, both Fineasier and our partners are able to send promotional and/or informative text messages to your phone number.

7.4. When talking about eligibility, by registering to receive our text messages you do declare:
– Be 18 years or older;
– Be the owner of a telefone number informed to receive Fineasier’s SMS; or have authorizatiob of the same to carry out the registration;
– Have full understandig about the obligations in this agreement;
– Accept the Fineasier Terms And Conditions regarding the Text Message Service.

7.5. When talking about costs, Fineasier and partners do not charge for sending text messagens. However, depending on your plan with the telephone company, message and data fees may be charged.

7.6. When talking frequency and opting out, there is no minimum or maximum number of text messages that Fineasier can send per day to our users. This number varies, mainly, according to the way the user interacts with our services, as well as the types of messages that they have signed up to receive. If you no longer want to receive our text messages, you may reply to one of our text messages with STOP or by sending us an e-mail with the subject “Remove my phone number from the broadcast list”.
